Levelling timber arms off the jig box and getting the seat back at the correct height and the ends to line up perfectly vertical and horizontal took some time. The side tubes held in place with straps and duct tape at the bottom just to hold the tube whilst I tack welded the tops which worked out well before tacking the bottoms of all 4 x 5/8” tubes. Added another length of timber to the jig arms for the 2" bent seat back tube and used a piece of curved timber from an earlier part of the project as a drawing guide.
