Brief Description: Aileron spars
|

Spaced the gap 1/4" at both ends then measured and cut the aileron spar web from 1/8" plywood. 1-1/2 " lightening holes added between the ribs and reliefs cut for the hinge blocks. Epoxied the web in place on both wings and cut the 1/4" x 1/2" caps in readiness for tomorrow’s work.
5 hours seems quite a long time for cutting, sliding webs into place and adding epoxy resin. It is methodical work but none the less enjoyable.
