I measured my print out of the nose rib to be absolutely sure it was going to be the correct size for the main spar. Spot on. It was glued to the 1/4" plywood which I decided to sand before cutting out the ribs to save fiddly sanding down the track.
The forsner bit was used to add the lightening holes. Very smooth work this bit. I am going to use this rib as my jig to cut the others so have countersunk 2 x 3/16" holes through which I will bolt and clamp rough cut ribs. Will route them collectively probably 3 at a time.
Rough cut the ribs out of the 1/4" plywood with jig saw.
