Another great buy has been the Ryobi palm sander which has an extendable narrow tip which is perfect for reaching the awkward spots on the ribs.
Couldn't help myself as I did a 'trial' assembly just to see what my wing was going to look like.
The spar caps were built slightly long to make the jigging easier when initially clamping. The ends will be square cut and sanded smooth.
