Got onto a great idea for sanding blocks using off the shelf sanding belts.

Made mine even simpler by cutting and rounding 75mm x 35mm pine to the exact size of a snug fitting belt (457mm).
Ribs placed back in the jig for the final time whilst the trailing edges are all sanded to the exact same length then stacked 26 high.
