Brief Description:  Continued Firewall initial assembly

I have worked for several short periods the last couple of weeks continuing the initial assembly of the firewall. I was unable to find the .063 aluminum sheet to make the fuel pump doubler and the spacers for the upper ends of the diagonal braces at each upper corner, also could not find the 3/4 x 3/4 x 1/16 aluminum angle to make the stiffener at the bottom of the firewall recess, so finally quit looking and ordered some sheet and angle from Spruce. Only $12 for the aluminum but $9 to ship it. The original will probably turn up now. After clecoing all the stiffeners and things to the firewall, I drilled out all the holes, so as soon as the new sheet and angle get here, I can make the last 4 pieces and get it all drilled in place. Then I can start the disassemble, debur and dimple routine preparatory to final assembly, then on to the center section.
