Brief Description:  HS skin preparation

Been doing just a little piddling from time to time for the last couple of weeks, sanding edges, etc., nothing worth logging individually. I did get the 100° countersink from Avery (but the rivet squeezer is on the dreaded back order) and countersunk the center holes on the front spar splice and reinforcing angles, and made my first dimples with Joyce’s assistance; she held the spar halves up while I did the honors with the hammer. Finally got to spend a little time with the project tonight, finished fluting the ribs, got the spars and ribs for the left HS clecoed together, the skin clecoed on, holes for spar to rib connections drilled, and inboard ribs (not drilled yet) clamped in place. Next step will be to drill the inboard ribs to the skin, drill the skin to the rest of the framework, then take the whole business apart for the deburr, dimple, etc. routine.
