Got stopped again by a lack of the right tool; the forward spar reinforcing angles need to be countersunk in the center to allow for flush rivets. I had bought a countersink @ HD last week for deburring holes, but it has an 86° included angle, and I need one with a 100° included angle to match the rivet heads. I also noted that I needed more bench space in the shop, so I picked up an 8’ exterior door from a friend whose landlord is doing some remodeling, and brought it home to make an additional bench.
