Brief Description:  Spar reinforcement angles

Not much time to work, went to Home Depot Aircraft Supply and got a small soldering iron to strip the protective plastic from the aluminum sheets along the hole lines and still leave the rest in place, a small cordless screwdriver with a countersink for deburring, and a metal cutting blade for the bandsaw. The one I had been using was a utility blade, and kind of narrow. It was sometimes difficult to keep a good straight line when cutting aluminum. The metal cutting blade was considerably wider, so tried it out on the front HS spar splice and reinforcement angles where the plans said to trim them. Worked like a charm, much easier and faster to cut a good straight line, sanded the angles up to the trim lines, scotchbrited them and called it a night.
