Brief Description:  more tank testing

After seeing the U-tube water level go up and down by a couple of inches each morning and evening, I finally remembered that the thermostat in the basement shop was programmed to drop 10 degrees at night, and come back up 10 degrees each morning. DUH!! So, after racking my brain and remembering the basic gas volume calculations (Boyle's Law) from 49 years ago in the Georgia Tech chemistry lab, P1 x V1 / T1 = P2 x V2 / T2, changing the thermostat to maintain constant temperature, and placing a digital thermometer next to the tank, I finally realized that no leakage was taking place. So, off with the test rig and on to the wing in the jig to check the fit, and get ready to rivet and screw in place. I will have to rivet the leading edge in place before finally mounting the tank, but can't wait until Steve can come over an buck the rivets inside the leading edge.

Then I can finish riveting the right wing, and start on the fuselage kit that I bought 2 1/2 freakin' years ago, with the thought that the wings would be finished by the time it arrived. Shows what the hell I know.
