Brief Description:  Got wing ready to install bottom skins

Over the last few weeks, I have been piddling with the wiring and plumbing in the left wing, preparatory to riveting the bottom skins in place. Due to my workload (not a complaint, I am fortunate to be busy in these hard times), it has been a few minutes here and there. I got some nylon tubing from Aircraft Spruce and plumbed the AOA line from the pitot tube to the wing root.
I did not like the landing litght wiring just floating in space between the leading edge and the spar and conduit behind, so got a rivnut in place on the mount and anchored an adel clamp to it to help support the wiring. I also mounted the Dynon AOA/pitot heat controller in place to a rib, and soldered the leads from the controller to additional #14 wire leads going to the wing root.
Clecoed the bottom skins in place, ready to rivet.
Out of town next week Oct. 23 thru 27 at the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (what I do) Annual Meeting in Guess Where? Portland, Oregon. The hotel at wihich I will be staying is 23 miles from Mecca, i.e., VAN'S AIRCRAFT! On Wednesday I have arranged my schedule so that I don't have anything scheduled until early evening. Wonder if there is anything I can do to fill the time Wednesday morning? Hmm...Hey, wait, I just got an idea!

If you can't guess what it is, you don't need to be reading this.

Emailed my buddy Steve to set aside an evening week after next to come over and ruck some bivets.
