Tonight I clecoed the bottom skin to the wing, clamped the flap in place with the proper gap from the aileron, and drilled the hinge to match the skin and brace holes. This will permanently locate the flap laterally. I also riveted the rod ends in the pushrod tubes and screwed in the rod end bearings and jam nuts and adjusted them to the approximate length.
