Brief Description:  Continued initial assembly of flaps

Worked on the flaps off and on most of the day (and night, it's late). Cutting and drilling the piano hinge for the flap to trailing edge connection is quite a chore the first time you do it. After completing the one for the left flap, I got a bright idea and figured since the flaps are mirror images of each other, I could use the left hinge as a template to drill the right hinge. So I clamped it to the right hinge and drilled about every tenth hole. I could then easily cleco it in place and drill it with the skin and spar. Worked just as planned, spent much less time than on the first one.
After getting both flaps assembled to the bottom skin and ribs, I got out the right top skin and clecoed it in place, but will finish drilling the top skin and hinge tomorrow, the air drill is quite noisy, and the Queen has already retired for the night.
