Brief Description:  Got ailerons started

After deburring and smoothing the edges of the skins, I marked the cut lines on the angles from which the stiffeners are cut, and cut the pieces out on the bandsaw. Worked out to about 112 cuts. Then off to the belt sander to smooth and shape the edges, then the sanding block and lastly the Scotchbrite pad to remove the scratches. After the sanding operation, I took the stiffeners and a couple of Scotchbrite pads upstairs and sat down and watched a movie with the Queen while smoothing the edges. Appropriately enough, the movie was "Meet the Fockers".

After that I clecoed the stiffeners to the skin, match drilled the holes, removed the stiffeners and started deburring the holes. Got all the stiffeners deburred, and started on the skin before calling it a night. Too late to start dimpling anyway, it would wake up the Queen.
