I posted this work a week or so ago, and tonight I went to add some more, and this wasn't there. So this is the second time I am posting this.
Tonight I laid out the hole in the right leading edge, and started cutting it out. I used a 2.5" hole saw like last time, and managed to get t pretty decent cut. I had already built the light mount when I was doing the left wing, so this should go a little quicker.
After cutting the radiused corners, I cut the lines between them with a saber saw, then did the file, sandpaper, and scotchbrite thing. Came out pretty well overall.
