Instead of starting on the baffle for the left tank, I decided to put some more sealer on the inside at the rib-skin joints and the inside end of the rivets, to try to eliminate the possibility of leaks. I am so sick of fooling with leaks I could just..., whatever. When I ordered the new skin and ribs for the right tank, I also ordered a fresh can of ProSeal to avoid the possibility of using sealer with an expired shelf life, and placed some in the tank on top of the previously installed sealer. I still need to turn it over and put more on the top side joints.
Clamped some legs on the leading edge jig to make it easier to work on the inside.
The additional sealer on the rib to skin joint, and the inside end of the rivets.
