Brief Description: Installing bushing plugs for 5th bearing
Preparing the corvair case for re assembly. I installed the dowell pin plugs from the 5th bearing kit. After making sure the holes were clean, I set the case in the sun for about 20 minutes, and put the plugs in th freezer. I pus a little bit of loc-tite on the plug and tapped them in. It only took 5 or 6 taps with a ball peen hammer. I checked to make sure both of them were just under flush. check marked and dated the step in the assembly manual to record the step as complete.
