Skins from factory do not have the pilot holes for the balance arm ribs, so i had to lay out the lines by hand. I used the same pitch as the factory drilled holes.
I rough trimmed hinge to length and drilled through pilot holes in flange. Left hinge as #40 until I can verify alignment / fit with the wing and flap.
