Made a trip over the weekend to Mexico to pick up the piano hinge type skins, and hinges. I use a small block of plywood with a thin layer of aluminum double sticky taped to one side to make the 13mm block, slightly over 1/2" thick
Marked the skin for the 5mm offset of the first rib
