When I butted the spar tib against the end of the caps, it was angled up, so I clamped "L" brackets to each side of the spar to keep it aligned while I drilled the holes.
Layed out the l angle on the end
Get all nose ribs in position. All rib flanges point outboard except for NR#3, it faces inboard
