I had 1 rivet along the trailing edge that did not seat properly. It was sticking up, but I thought it would seat as I pulled it with the air riveter. But.....It didn't.
I drilled off the head, sanded the shank down to the skin, then gently punched it out. I had to angle it slightly, and started pulling it with the hand riveter. Once the head seated on the skin, I finished pulling it with the air riveter.
Flipped the right flap over and finisfed riveting the other side.
Rib details for the left flap are ready to be re-assembled
I really need to work on my timing pictures. I always seem to cut my own head off.
