I cut down to within 3-5mm of the patterns drawn on the form block blanks using a bandsaw. No major problems other than the one for Bulkhead C, which is the largest of them and heaviest. Also transferred the pattern for the Bottom Vertical Stabilizer Rib to MDF and cut it out as well.
