I purchased a sheet of 3/4" MDF for bulkhead C form block. I attempted several different ways to duplicate the curve of the top and bottom of the bulkhead on the wood. In the end, I cut the bottom left corner of the curve off the plans sheet and used to create the curve. I then cut both boards and sanded them using the method demonstrated in the HomebuiltHELP video on scratch building. Unfortunately, I cut or sanded off about 1/2" too much of the height of the block. Good practice and I will reuse the block to create a smaller bulkhead, such as D or A.
