Brief Description: Reconfigure Remote Avionics

Reconfigure Remote Avionics Mounting remote avionics under boot cowl will be very difficult to service in the future, and could require removing engine and boot cowl. Removed avionices shelf and mounted all remote avionics on bottom of tray. This required fabricating standoffs and rerouting almost all cables. The only item left on top of tray is the backup avionics battery.
