Prepared the hinge doublers to nest against the spar. Drilled the reinforcement plates hinge doublers and platenuts. Drilled the end rib to the spar. Drilled the counterweight's holes. Final drilled the root rib to the spar. Drilled the elevator horn to the spar and rib. Drilled the skin to the understructure.
