Took the rudder apart and cleaned everything with acetone. Mixed up the small batch of tank sealant I ordered. (This was my first experience with tank sealant.) Used some stir sticks to apply the sealant to the AEX wedge and skins and clecoed them together Check everything was straight and that the sealant was not holding the skins and AEX apart.
