Brief Description: Make rudder stiffeners and match drill
I made the rudder stiffeners as recommended by Van's from the strips provided using my snips and scotchbrite wheel. I carefully marked the skin and stiffeners to assure they will be consistent located during this preparation and assembly. Match drilling the stiffeners to the skins drilling into my sheet of MDF while they were held by clecos worked well.
