Brief Description: Changed QB order to slider canopy option
After talking with Jason at Aerotronics and doing more research on the options of a tip-up or sliding canopy (Thanks Vans Air Force!), I decided to change my quick-build order to have a slider canopy. The reasons I opted for the slider is ability to accommodate the large displays on my instrument panel, easier ingress, and ground cooling in the summers.
I called Van's and learned the canopy materials are packed by them just before shipment. The quick-build work done in the Phillipines is not affected by this choice. They readily accepted my request to change since I was at least a couple of months out from the projected delivery date for my quick-build wings/fuselage.
