Chapter 7 Wings Date: 11/7/02 Building the flaps is the next procedure. I made the flap spars by cutting the lightening holes and trimming to length. Marked the center lines for the ribs and drilled and clecoed the ribs to the skin. At this point I fitted the flap to the wing and installed the piano hinges. Next is the top skin and the actuator bracket. Drill, cleco de-burr dimple and assemble. No images available
