Brief Description:  Built a foot valve for the Pneumatic Dimpler and D

Got started early today. Decided to get the Foot Valve that I purchased from Harbor Freight working with the Pneumatic Dimpler that I constructed earlier. I had to buy a Pneumatic Planishing Hammer from HF to get the valve... $99 on sale. A better valve but without the Hammer is $149 from Northern Tool... So... the Scotch in me made me do it! I had to modify the HF Foot Valve to allow it to exaust the air on the up stroke of the lever. If anyone wants details I'll be glad to share. Took all of 10 min to get it working. Tied the Avery rivet Squeezer head on my Dimpling Frame hard-on and tested it... Works great!

Then to the deburring of the skins. Used the 3/32" Cogsdill deburrer, great little tool! Faster than the manual method.

Finally got to the dimpling... Wow! Just be careful to make sure the die is in the hole before tapping the foot valve!

Oh, the dive weights are on the footvalve to keep it from scooting around.
