Re-clecoed all aft fuselage "aft" components. Tail spring mount would not bolt into place. Out of alignmnet. Drilled out "keeper rivets," inserted bolts, and drilled new "keeper rivet" holes thru aft bulkhead and mount per Vans suggestion. Page 10-18.
