1. Mark 1" AL square tube down center line to match pilot holes. 2. Place tube under skin at edge and tighten down with clamps. Tighten just enough to hold in place, careful not to stress skin. 2. Connect 1" AL square tub to skin using clecos and #30 holes at each rib position plus ends using mark on tube, similar to rib markings. 2. Replace clecos with A4 rivets, flat head on riveter. 3. Using 1 Horsepower Craftsman Router and Skil 91201 1/2" Laminate Trim Bit, trim along edge. Proceeded carefully, at a slow pace, skipping web clamps. 4. Move web clamps left or right to expose untrimmed portions. 5. Complete trim. 6. Drill out A4 rivets using #30 bit to release skin from tube. 7. Remove web clamps. 8. Using flat file, lightly run over end at a flat angle to remove any markings from router.
