Brief Description: Mark Leading Edge for Rivet Lines
Realign nose skin for marking. Verify with Zenith that the I/B edge should overhang the Spar by 20mm. There is a conflict between Page 14 of the builders guide and drawing V-15 of the builders guide Mark Skin to indicate rib postions. Verify Tank Fit (NOTE: Missing "U" GSV1-S8 needs to be added to rib before riveting skin. Attach Skin with Cleco clamps and 2x6 for positioning. Verify Support Positions at Station ends 81mm and 159mm Mark Rivet Lines for Nose. and take photos Mark bottom rib rivot positions using 3/4 inch aluminum band. Compare with rib positions to double-check location. Good. Mark Spar bottom rivet line @ 12.5mm 40 pitch for A5 rivets, per plan. More photos.
