Drilled forward longerons to fuselage center section as follows:
1. Cleco'd side skins and associated parts to fuselage center section frame.
2. Measured and trimmed forward longerons using longeron template. Marked a line 0.45" from the end of both longerons.
3. Clamped longerons in place with the top side flush with the side skins and the 0.45" mark showing through the aft hole in the skin.
4. Transfer drilled side skins to the forward longerons to #40 and cleco'd in place.
5. Fabricated 4 shims from 0.032" stock. Separated the KPFU0421 gussets and ground a radius on the edge of 4 of them per Rans figure manual 05B-11. Cleco'd the parts in place.
