Brief Description: Wiring of control sticks

Wired and installed R.A. Miller G205 stick grips on both control sticks as follows: 1. Both sticks powdercoated in a gray color matching the Rans-supplied closeout bulkhead. 2. Drilled a 1/4" hole on the inboard side of each stick near the metal collar. 3. Installed grommets in the 1/4" holes and inserted 5-conductor unsheilded wire. Installed rubber grip. 4. Wired the PTT, Trim Up, Trim Down, and A/P Disconnect fuctions. Once soldering was completed, the switch "top hat" was assembled. 5. Drilled and tapped a 4-40 hole in stick to retain "top hat" in position. 6. Installed "top hat" with a 4-40 machine screw and covered with rubber grip. 7. Performed function tests with ohmmeter.

Note color match with scrap of placstic from Rans bulkhead
