Brief Description:  Plumbing and pressure test of LH fuel tank

Connected fuel line and pressure tested LH fuel tank in the wing bay as follows:

1. Rotated wing to expose the top.

2. Connected fuel line previously fabricated, clamped into place and cut to length. Used beading tool to form bead on inboard end.

3. Modfifed an extra fuel tank cap with a tire valve to allow air pressure to be introduced into the fuel tank. Capped the fuel vent with a rubber glove finger tie-wrapped into place. Installed a low-pressure (0-3 PSI) air gauge on the tank output.

4. Pressurized tank to just over 1.0 PSI and sprayed fittings with a soap/water mixture. Tightened tank outlet fitting to obtain a better seal.

Pressure testing is OK. Wing is ready for top and leading edge skins.
