Brief Description: RH flap - final assembly

Completed assembly of the RH flap as follows: 1. Removed skin from frame, deburred, prepped and primed. 2. Reassembled flap with cleco's. Riveted to Rans rivet schedule. 3. Omitted rivets from fuselage fairing - will complete during final assembly.
