1. Fitted, prepped, and primed all wing tip skins and other metal parts.
2. Assembled spar extension and wing tip skin in place with cleco's. Riveted according to Rans rivet schedule.
3. Riveted landing light lens using Avex rivets and aluminum washers.
4. Assembled landing light to mount, then riveted mount into wing tip. Connected wiring and peformend function test by applying power to connector at wing root.
5. Fitted wing tip fairings, and drilled to #40. Removed fairings and trimmed. Cut oval inspection opening in forward fairing.
6. Enlarged all faring holes and mounting strips to #30. Glued mounting strips in place on farings.
7. Riveted farings and inspection ring in place.
8. Installed AeroLEDs Pulsar XP landing / strobe light. Connected molex connectors and performed function test by applying power to connector at wing root.
