Brief Description: RH flap - initial fitting of skin 1
Began fitting of the RH flap skin as follows:
1. Drew centerlines on all ribs and the upper spar flange.
2. Cleco'd skin to lower spar flange.
3. Placed assembly on PVC blocks, weighted with sand bags.
4. Beginning at the center ribs, aligned centerlines with skin holes and drilled ribs to #40, working outward and using cleco's to hold things together.
5. Flipped skin over and drilled spar flange, beginning from the center, then repeated rib drilling, all to #40.
Ribs and spars drilled to #40
The shanks of the large rivets on the frame will be ground off
