Brief Description:  Completed Pilot Side Dual Stick Structure

Started the day finishing up riveting the seat pans...which was a mistake. If you're adding dual sticks, wait until they're copmpleted before riveting the seat pans. It wiould be much easier to do some back drilling from the area under the pans.

So this part is just putting some gussets and L angles together that will hold the dual stick apparatus. The key measurement is a vertical line 295MM leaft and right of center that the 1/8" L angle gets lined up with and drilled. The other key measurement is 135MM up from the bottom, this is the horizaontal centerline of the triangular gusset.

Now this was a complete pain in the balls, due to the shape of the gusset with the turned down flange and trying to get under that to drill while keeping it where its supposed to go. It ws definitely easier to attach the gusset to the thick L angle first and then get it in place. Draw some lines so you can look through the pilot holes and make sure they're lined up. I used the angle drill and 12" drill bits at different times and muddled through it.
