Riveted the upper channel together, leaving the top unriveted.
Mounted the wing tabs and installed AN3-5A bolts where indicated. Great to have speciall tools that allow reaching inside the channel to place the washer and nut on the bolt. Torqued to 28 inch lbs and applied torque seal, then riveted the wing tabs to the upper channel but not the side channels.
