Clecoed in the sidewall channels...I'm deburring and adding corrosion protection as I go, so somewhat slow progress but I'll eventually be saving time by not having to dismantle and then put back together again.
I carefully cut off the longerons to match the slope of the skins...used the 6" cutting blade on the grinder for this...in fact I use that to make all my cuts. Mounted the wing tabs...then had to remove because they weren't sitting quite flat against the channels...had to grind/file an additional 1/16th inch off the longerons...very important they sit flat so make sure to check this.
