Really had to work on C75W3-5 to get it right. The part comes somewhat pre-made in that one side is fluted. The part needs to tuck under the root rib nose rib and needs to be 5MM "proud' of the center portion on the wing spar root angled area. My part had much too dramatic a curve and I had to straighten it out with a couple of light blows with a 2lb hammer on the anvil. I then refluted it lightly to get the raised 5MM area and had to continually nip and tuck to get it flush with the underside of the root rib nose rib. Came out very nicely. Also did some work on the outboard spar extension. As I drill everything new, I am deburring as I go.
