Kept cruising along on the HS and got the bottom side riveted. You really need to pay attention to the orientation of this part because you are constatly changing it from left to right and top to bottom...labelling is a must. Fit on the bottom was perfect. When I flipped to cleco and rivet the top, the hole along the hinge line, the 3/32 holes were just off a smidge. So I added about 15 3/32 clecos along that line and removed all the other clecos. Without the hinge in place I enlarged the all 3/32 holes to #30 and clecoed. I then clecoed the balance of the skin again and everything lined up. Then I inserted the hinge and clamped it. Note that the skin may stick out a tad over the edge of the spar so be care ful that you're postioning the hinge in relation to the edge of the spar and not the skin. With the hinge clamped I then went directly to #20...drilling this way took up any smidgeons of difference in the holes. No rivets yet on this side. I'm now ready for the plastic tips.
