UPDATED NOTE ON THIS: WAIT UNTIL YOU FIT THE RUDDER TO THE VERTICAL FIN BEFORE DOING ANYTHING WITH THE CAP. I DID AS DETAILED BELOW BUT THE ANGLE BETWEEN THE RUDDER AND THE VERTICAL FIN IS NOT EXACT AND BECAUSE I HAD TRIMMED THE PLASTIC CAP, I COULD NOT GET A PROPER FIT AND I ORDERED A NEW ONE.
Wrapped up the rudder today. Added the rib to the fiberglass cap and...good tip from Mark Pensenstadler...don't drill the final holes in the cap until you know its exact placement in regard to the vertical fin.
Riveted the skin...take note of the instructions to raise the bottom trailing edge by one inch to level out the frame and ensure no twists while riveting. So far all the punched parts have fit together perfectly.
