Zenith does a nice job of providing a very detailed set of plans and a Construction Guide with photos and a written description of how to proceed.
In regard to corrosion protection, I am using Cortec which is what Zenith recommends (also purchased from them in one quart sizes). The material is non-toxic, thinned with denatured alcohol (2 qts cortec to 1 qt denatured alcohol). It is applied with a brush and dries clear. Parts can be riveted together while still wet. Cleanup is with water. I will be using it only on mating surfaces. Do what you want but I feel the whole priming war is crazy and complete priming protection is unecessary for my location and use of airplane.
