So I had an issue with the rudder cap. Seems to me the rudder skin needs to be about 7 or 8 MM longer, there was just no way I could leave a gap over the vertical fin and have proper edge distance on the holes in the cap through the rudder skin. SoIi created a joggle in the cap rib and removed about 8MM of material on the part the is over the vert fin....can't tell when the cap is installed. Came out perfect.
