It's going in the bay just forward of the elevator bell carnk. On some STOL CH750's I had seen the servo on the inside of the bay with the elevator bell crank but there must be some differences with the Cruzer because there was just not enough room for the push rod to bell crank connection. Putting it in the forward bay will require using a longer pushrod than is provided. I cleared this with Garmin...mine will be somewhere betweem 12 and 14". I plan to use 3/8" 4130 steel tubing with a .095 wall. An 8", 3/8" aluminum rod is provided with the servo install kit.
Anyway today I made the doubler that will fit under the servo. It is .063 aluminum and spans the bay.
