Brief Description:  Pulleys

Took forever to make the supports that fit under the fuselage skin. I know the Homebuilt Help videos has the forward L angles going on top, but I didn't want to do that. So, I made two large U Channel doublers out of .032 material and got each edge up under the skin, so they get riveted through the extrusion. Extremely strong. Of course I forgot to get pics of them but you can see the outline of the aft one via my measurement lines. The front U Channel was 65MM wide and the aft one was 96MM...more or less to follow the rivet lines. A note on the forward pulley...if you stick your head in the hell hole next to the cabin and look back up through the hole in the fuse that the elevator cable will go through, you can see that in order for the cable to not make contact with the metal around the hole, the pulley needs to be placed very close to the H-Stab. Mine is within 3/16" of the leading edge.
