Installed the torque tube in the tunnel today and mounted the front bracket that will eventually hold the push rods from the dual sticks. I ende up with about 1/8" of play, forward and aft in the torque tube. Gonna check on this and see if I should add a thrust washer or something to take up the space.
Prior to installing I also drilled the 3/8 hole in the aft end of the torque tube which will eventually get an anchoring bracket later on in the build...I figured musch easier to drill the hole in the vise as opposed to inside the belly.
